| Internationally acclaimed jazz icon, Paquito D’Rivera, brought a world-class assembly of players to grace the Jazz88 Mainstage for night one of the Twin Cities Jazz Fest on Friday, June 23. D’Rivera’s ensemble was full of top flight players that night, including Sharel Cassity on sax and Freddie Hendrix on trumpet. The group did an incendiary rendition of Dizzy Gillespie’s “Tin Tin Deo.” Enjoy! |
