Minneapolis Public Schools programs Transition Plus, which serves 18-22 year old students with disabilities, and Adult Education, are working together to host a Career & Resource Fair on April 17th for our students and their families, high school families, and the community to get connected with employment, education, and independent living resources in our community. We would like you to be a part of our fair.

When: April 17th, 3:00 – 5:30pm (set up at 2:30pm)
