Staged as a live radio show, The Holler Sessions centers on one man’s passion for jazz. Frank Boyd wrote and stars in the one-man show, playing in the Guthrie Theater’s Dowling Room through Aug. 20. He stopped by the Jazz88 studios to chat with Emily Reese about jazz, when he fell in love with it, and how he decided to write the show.
