Sourced from personal interviews as well as the concert celebration this spring, Minnesota Jazz Legends: The Elders 2021 will honor Legends Art Resnick, Donald Washington, Kenny Horst, Carole Martin, Ron Seaman, Dick Peterson, Ruth Johnson and Maurice Jacox.
The radio special will include interview material and music from honorees, first heard at the Legends concert held this spring. The radio debut is coming this Labor Day Monday, 10 to noon.
It will be available for streaming here and on the Jazz88 Podcast starting at noon Monday.
