Items” albums, showed up on some elite end of the year lists and probably more important to him, scored a personal best in frisbee golf. His recent album has garnered a lot of love from the jazz world, thanks to the collaborative and adventurous approach he and the band take to Baldwin’s expansive compositions. We honed in on the track “To No One’s Surprise” which features great interplay between guitarist Toivo and Baldwin himself.
