Minnesota Dance Consort (MDC) presents PULSE/impulse: A Curated Contemporary Dance Series (II), a dynamic program featuring new and recent works by contemporary choreographers from the Twin Cities dance community. Performances take place Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Elision Playhouse in Crystal, Minnesota.

Now in its second iteration, PULSE/impulse continues Minnesota Dance Consort’s commitment to supporting choreographers through a professionally produced, artist-centered platform that values creative risk, individual voice, and community engagement. The series brings together a range of aesthetic approaches and movement vocabularies, offering audiences an evening of distinct yet resonant contemporary dance works in active development and presentation.

Participating choreographers for PULSE/impulse: A Curated Contemporary Dance Series (II) include Sivanuja Balaji (Nritya Kalakshetra Academy of Performing Arts), Lily Conforti (Corpus Dance Works), Lillian Kline (Algae Productions), Katie Markey-Nash, Tessa Longshore, and Holly Trenbath. Lighting design and production support are provided by Laina Grendle.
