The 2026 Minnesota Salsa Fiesta expands its stellar celebration to TWO incredible nights on July 10–11 at iconic settings in Minneapolis.

On Friday, July 10 from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. the party kicks off at Granada Theater (3022 Hennepin Ave S.) with live bands, an open dance floor, showcase dance performances and a DJ after-party.

On Saturday, July 11 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Mill City Museum’s historic outdoor Courtyard Ruins (704 S. 2nd St.), the fiesta continues with a cultural extravaganza including a 20-piece salsa band featuring guest artists from Chicago and Miami, free dance lessons, Latino food, visual art, artisan crafts, cocktails/mocktails and a late-night after-party DJ indoors with a blend of salsa, merengue, bachata, timba, and cumbia.
