Acclaimed Cabo Verdean singer, Lucibela, is out on the road and coming through town to play a show at the Cedar Cultural Center on Friday, September 16. She was nice enough to swing through Jazz88 with her guitar player and her tour manager/translator before the show. She performed the songs “Amdjer Ka Bidje” and “Adeus Mama,” and talked about her ensemble and the joy of meeting fellow Cabo Verdeans all around the world. Enjoy!
