The Tyler Lustek Confluence is a cutting-edge Minneapolis-based small group, with deep roots in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Inspired by the river confluences of both regions, leader and pianist Tyler Lustek represents the Confluence as a musical watershed celebrating the culmination of perspectives from its wide cast of featured musicians. The Tyler Lustek Confluence released their debut poetry-centric double album, Shmehara: Live at Jazz Central Studios, in 2025.
