Our foodie, Matt Gundrum, brought in two special guests today to talk about the Wine Riot in Minneapolis, sommeliers Erin Rolek and Erik Segelbaum.
Erin directs the wine list at The Bachelor Farmer and Erik is a hospitality consultant and advanced sommelier living from the east coast.
At Wine Riot, you can learn about grape varietals and converse with sommeliers from around the state.
